Here’s a new conversation I had with the ever-positive leadership guru and coach Janet Ioli on her podcast, Power Presence Academy | Leadership with Less Ego and More Soul.
We talked about the importance of shifting your mindset—seeing yourself not just as a job applicant, but as a trusted professional and, indeed, a partner who brings unique expertise to the table. We also explored how to confront and release limiting beliefs that might be holding you back, and how to leverage meaningful networking to open new doors.
This episode is all about taking control of your career journey, even when it feels like the odds might be stacked against you.
